How Pricing Works
Our hourly rate runs $85 to $125, and where you land on that range depends on the complexity of your project. A pantry refresh is not the same animal as a garage that has been processing 12 years of life decisions, so they do not come with the same price tag. We price for what the job actually is, not a flat number that treats every space the same.
We also have a 4 hour daily minimum, and it is not arbitrary. This work takes time to unload supplies, get you into decision making mode, and build real momentum. A session that gets cut short before that momentum kicks in usually means booking another appointment to finish the job, which costs more, not less.
That is exactly why an in person consultation matters so much before we lock in a quote. We need to see your space firsthand, not just hear about it, so we can give you a real number instead of a guess. It is also where we get clear on what finished actually looks like for you, because everyone's finish line is different, and we want to know yours before we ever show up with a plan. That is what keeps the estimate accurate and the end result matching what you actually wanted.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a fee equal to half of our 4 hour minimum, 2 billable hours at our current rate, to cover reserved team time. Thank you for understanding!
