How Pricing Works
We charge hourly with a 4 hour daily minimum. What your total lands at depends on the scope, the size of the space, and how much decision making or hauling is involved. A closet clear out and a full hoarding cleanout are not the same job, so they will not carry the same price tag.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a fee equal to half of our 4 hour minimum, 2 billable hours at our current rate, to cover reserved team time. Thank you for understanding!
